About the concept. 
It Is 'Biodegradable'. I made it on the basis of Adidas Unstoppable Cushioning sneakers (very old performance shoes). I imagined how this cushioning could look in present. 

The frame is built of packing cardboard (the waste material which for some reason always fascinates me very much). White is the color of purity and a new beginning. Gilding and money rubbers are a figurative expression of the cult of luxury, and the living mold sprouting on them is a symbol of the absolute victory of nature over the values that we create for ourselves.
